The "deferred payment" fare book
Your staff member signs a slip which has been filled in by the driver on arrival, and is given the counterfoil. At the end of the month we recapitulate all your trips and prepare a detailed statement for each of the services to which you have subscribed. Before long, you will be able to consult this statement on the Internet at www.taxis-bleus.com

Taxis Bleus cheques
These are free and are supplied to you printed with your details They are bound like a cheque book and are used in exactly the same way as bank cheques. When the detailed statement arrives, the stubbs in the cheque book enable you to check the forthcoming payments.

The Taxis Bleus Purse (smart card)
This is an individual smart card. Supplied to authorised staff-members, each "purse" can be credited electronically as the company sees fit.
Every time the "purse"is credited, a bill is be sent to you. This bill is a taxi fare bill, making your account keeping easier. One single document dispenses with the need to recapitulate your taxi slip counterfoils. When inserted into taxi's card reader, the Taxis Bleus "Purse" will be automatically debited with the cost of the trip.
